KYC process that is absolutely GRUESOME!!! The support team has a new requested every week instead of asking for all the documents at once. I’ve had to send in identification documents, proof of residency, a few different selfies, paystubs from work, and now they want to send a letter to my house with a confirmation code that I have to send to them! There’s no telling how long it will take them to send it from curaçao to Canada! This is the most stalled out and painful verification process I have ever heard of!! I have 100% given up they have stolen my funds and I will never get paid from this casino!!! I will try the regulator next this is a complete nightmare please STAY AWAY THEY ARW COMPLETE CROOKS!!
