Case summary

The player from New Jersey requested a withdrawal that had been pending for three weeks, with the casino withholding almost €40,000. The casino imposed crypto fees and caused delays, despite their policy stating that resolutions took 30 minutes. After reviewing the situation, we identified the casino as potentially fraudulent due to multiple complaints and the requirement for additional fees to process the withdrawal. Consequently, it was advised that she refrain from depositing more money and report the issue to the authorities for further investigation.

Dear msschreiber5393,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely.

  • Does the company require you to pay fees before processing withdrawals?
  • Is the disputed amount the fees you've already paid to the casino, or the funds you wish to withdraw?

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Dominika

Dear msschreiber5393, thank you for the information provided. Please allow me to ask you a few more questions.

  • Have you made any successful withdrawals before?
  • Could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification?

Casinos usually don't ask for any fees before you can withdraw your money. If they do, it's probably a scam.

Dear msschreiber5393,

We conducted a thorough review of Primebetcasino, and in addition to the red flags I mentioned in my response, we discovered several other indicators that suggest this platform is fraudulent.

There are several complaints from players who were requested to deposit money in order to be able to withdraw - but they did not receive their winnings in the end: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/primebetcasino.com

A legal online casino never asks for a deposit commission for alleged "tax purposes for the platform". I strongly urge you NOT TO DEPOSIT any more money to this casino, because it's more than probable that you will never see your deposits or winnings again.

To assist you further in avoiding such situations in the future, we have compiled an informative article on how to choose a secure online casino. You can find it here: https://casino.guru/how-to-choose-an-online-casino

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide direct assistance with your current predicament. We advise you to report the incident to the police or a relevant legal authority for further investigation and potential resolution. Your cooperation with the appropriate authorities will help prevent others from falling victim to similar scams.

I'm sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future.
