This site is awful, I had won 23k, had this in my account, so many questions to prove before withdrawal although they would take 3,200 off me without one question asked. I eventually got 3k out of them after about 10days of proving myself for them to apply a stupid bonus with a wager of X100 or something silly, meaning I had to more or less bet all my winnings to be able to withdraw, obviously when I bet all my winnings, I won nothing worth. Handed me more free bonuses etc and then of course when I was addicted, I deposited with another card and won maybe 500 euro only to have to go through the full verification process again as I deposited using a new card. And then for a withdrawal to be denied as I was still within a deposit bonus!! Even after winning again and another withdrawal request, they take about 5 days to approve and then reject again as they add another stupid bonus of maybe 5/10euro to your account unknowingly with a stupid wager times law meaning my withdrawal was rejected again and u still can’t get any money out because you are still under "their bonus" rules. Plus they fucking torture u everyday offering u bonuses and saying u have won prizes and they will exchange them for cash equivalent, this me meaning u are under more "bonus" or wager rules. What a shit show of a place. Just there to take the piss out of the vulnerable. DO NOT PLAY IN THIS PLAYGROUND.
