The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
They are refusing to verify my account and let me withdraw my money. I have given them all my ID, bank statements dating back to 2021 etc and they are saying they are suspecting money laundering but all my statements they can clearly see it’s from my earnings etc it’s an absolute joke! They are saying I have to wait 75 days. Unbelievable!

They are saying it’s verified yet rejected paying my Mastercard I made payment with saying my bank rejected and was an error then said to use bitcoin which I did. Still not been paid my money!
They are saying it takes 10 days to send to bitcoin! It doesn’t it only takes hours
