The player from Oregon had faced withdrawal issues with a casino. After scheduling and receiving approval for two Bitcoin withdrawals, the casino had declined to process the transactions due to insufficient Bitcoin deposits. The casino had also declined the player's wire transfer details and directed him to open a new bank account. The player's account had been fully verified for at least 6 months and he had previously made successful Bitcoin withdrawals. He had accumulated his winnings using real money deposits with an added bonus percentage coupon. After the player communicated the issue, the casino resolved it and agreed to process the Bitcoin withdrawals.

They allowed me to schedule 2 bitcoin withdrawals for $2500 each, and approved it, both withdrawals. Now they are saying that because I did not make enough bitcoin deposits, they refuse to send the two bitcoin withdrawals and I have to withdraw by wire transfer, which they have already declined my wire transfer details, so in order to do that I would have to open a new bank account. They allowed me to schedule the two withdrawals by bitcoin, and approved it, and now a month later they say it's not approved. Not fair and wasting my time.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Did you ever deposit with bitcoin to the casino? Is any of your withdrawals currently pending? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account has been fully verified for at least 6 months. They already processed 2 bitcoin withdrawals before these 2, to the same bitcoin address, both were already paid out. I used real money deposits to accumulate the money, with bonus percentage coupon added. I deposited with bitcoin 1 time, after which it allowed me the bitcoin/crypto satoshi withdrawal option in my account. The option was not available before that. Both withdrawals are currently pending. Last time I spoke to the casino was a couple days ago, and my vip host was telling me I should make some more bitcoin deposits so he could fight for them to allow bitcoin withdrawal. Or open a new bank account, but then I have to wait until account has been open for a month. Or do a third party withdrawal.
