hello, it turns out that I've been trying to withdraw money from playuzu for about 3 days but when I put my data for withdrawal (before I can finish putting my data they discount the amount I was trying to withdraw and I get PENDING waiting) then After a couple of hours they reject the transaction and the money returns to the game, I have sent them several emails to try to solve the withdrawal error without any response. I attached a very brief email from them without any solution to the case
PS: I sent 2 more emails yesterday and they have not been answered
THE ONLY THING I NEED IS FOR YOU TO GIVE ME A SOLUTION TO BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY.
