The player struggles to withdraw his balance for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Every time I try to make a withdrawal, this appears, and when I communicate with an executive it only says that they are in maintenance, which I do not understand that the system is like this for about 2 weeks, for withdrawals and not for deposits 🤷 and how did it my right as a consumer if every time I try to tell them that my withdrawal is REALIZED they comply and this already collapses me and I really don't want to go here to report this fact
