The player's unable to withdraw due an active bonus. The complaint was closed as the player received his withdrawal.

I have not used any of the bonus all real funds and would like to withdraw
players should have the option of cancelling bonus them selfs

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Why did you accept the bonus if you wanted to withdraw your balance? Can't you cancel it within your casino account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

i have successfully completed the wagering and I did withdraw £250
although I have completed the wagering and it was stressfull I can say it’s resolved now
also just withdrawn another £530 and received this instant
the casino does however need to review its bonus policy and also customer service and allow customers to manually cancel bonus
as you can see from the screen I did not actually spend the bonus but due to what I can say I think is a system flaw with them it’s very confusing I still however think I was entitled to withdraw without wagering
