ISSUE: Withdrawal blocked - casino refusing to process payment
TIMELINE:
- December 14, 2024: Requested withdrawal of 500 EUR via MiFinity
- December 16, 10:15: Casino cancelled my withdrawal, claiming "MiFinity account error"
- December 16, 10:15 & 19:35: I sent emails to kyc@slotsvader.com requesting manual change to USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency
- 48+ hours: ZERO response from KYC team despite multiple emails
- Live Chat: Repeatedly redirects me to KYC team without any resolution
TECHNICAL MANIPULATION:
- USDT withdrawal option exists in my account interface
- When I attempt to withdraw via USDT, the system AUTOMATICALLY redirects to MiFinity
- MiFinity method is NOT working (confirmed by casino's own cancellation email)
- This creates an infinite loop preventing ANY withdrawal
ACCOUNT STATUS:
