The player from the Philippines has been trying to withdraw his winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I can't withdraw my money, I already have a 2fa but they still won't allow me and in their FAQ section it says we can withdraw even not having a 2FA. Customer service is not replying.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please clarify whether you have a pending withdrawal, that hasn't been processed, or you are not able to request the withdrawal at all?
