The player from Australia has been waiting for his withdrawals since February. The casino managed to look into the issue and the withdrawals started coming to the player. The complaint was closed as 'resolved' since the withdrawals seem to be working to the player's satisfaction.

I have a fair few withdrawals pending,

$2500 - 9th fed 2021

My last approved withdrawal was 5th May 2021, i go into chat every 3 days or so and get told they will personally follow it up and to come back in 3 days to rest assure i will receive my money and then repeat

Just an update, we managed to get your first approval done on the 29th of June as well as the payout sent to our 3rd party for disbursal as a wire payment shortly after. You should be seeing that payment reflected in your bank account generally within 10 business days, let us know when it comes in.

Could you please update me on what is the amount of the outstanding balance right now? I would like to advise, that we close this complaint as 'resolved' provided that the withdrawals keep coming in some kind of periodicity. Since monthly withdrawal limit of the casino is lower that the original disputed amount, whole withdrawal process might take some time.
