The player from the United States asked for a second withdrawal at the casino, via Bitcoin. After 3 weeks she did not receive payment and created a complaint. After the casino representative was involved in resolving the complaint, the complaint was resolved. The player received payment after more than a month.

PLEASE HELP!!! This is my SECOND withdrawal w/ Planet 7 Casino. I remember with my very first withdrawal, I was repeatedly told that it is normal for players very first withdrawal to take a little longer than expected, but after that first withdrawal, it's all downhill from there. And withdrawal requests are quick and simple after that... That 100% is a LIE. Because here I am, 19 days later and still anxiously awaiting to hear something. Anything. My request was on November 3rd for $1400.

Although I had already filled out all nec. forms and sent in all required documentation the first time (4months ago), they STILL asked for it again. So I just abided and sent everything for a second time, so I could just get my money without any issues.

I cannot stand speaking to their agents. I'm not doing it anymore. Especially via chat. It is beyond a total waste of time. Literally takes 45 min to an hour, going back and forth with them, only to be told the same bullshit, that they will escalate my request to the documents team. I just want my damn money. Praying you can help me!

I see that $1238.02 was deposited, however, it is still "pending. " This has never happened before. Is this normal? How long do you suggest I wait for? I pray this is over soon! 😣

So this is still "UNCONFIRMED" on the blockchain.. But now instead of the ETA saying, "SEVERAL HOURS, " it now says "50 minutes." This is just never ending it seems. I am still hopeful though and will report the status of this deposit in about an hour. 🙏

Alright, I finally got my money, (most of it anyways). Thank you Casino Guru for helping me! And just a slight suggestion to Nick at Planet 7 and Raging Bull, PLEASE do better and abide by the cash out promises made on your websites. It shouldn't take a month+ to get money I won, especially when the deposit method is bitcoin. I hope things change, b/c these two casinos are my absolute favorite. I hate that now I have to stop before depositing money with yall & ask myself if I really wanna go thru all of this again... Anyways, just some feedback....


Also, if you could change my player status, so I can participate in the promos that every other customer gets to use, that would definitely get me to come back! For the last few months, I am only offered TWO promos only. Both being minimum deposit of $80 & the other $100. No way I can afford that! Please look into it? Thanks for completing my withdrawal!! ❤
