The player's withdrawal is delayed since May. The complaint was resolved as the player received his payout.
My account was frozen in May due to gambling addiction and I have been waiting for my balance to be withdrawn ever since.
I was informed via chat that the balance was withdrawn on August 30th, but it has not been transferred to my bank account yet.
I sent an email requesting confirmation of the withdrawal status, but I was told that the Pixel.bet account could not be found, so I do not know the withdrawal status.
I have given my registered email address, name, phone number and date of birth, but the situation has not progressed.
