I want a withdrawl of 1000. I send my documents, that was verify in 24 hours only proof of adres not. So i send several documents of adres, in mail, chat and on the site.

72 hours i wait, thats the time i read to verify. Nothing... no mail, no answer how come an so. They promise that it will verify in the end of the day, but now i wait for more than a week
