The player's withdrawal is delayed for over 2 weeks. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
Its been more then 2 weeks, i have not received my withdrawal amount. Everytime customer care is providing same answer that we are working and payment system is not part of our company and we can’t influence them. You need to wait till they respond. Am not sure how long ‘may be years
