In the meantime it turned out that there should be several accounts at this casino... but I only have this one myself... and it is fully verified... in the meantime it turned out that my current ex-boyfriend, who unfortunately also has access to my bank account and my data, had opened several accounts in my name in many casinos... but they don't care 😔

Unfortunately without any proof it is basically impossible to determine if the account was really created by him and not you. I really wish we could help you but there is nothing we can do in such cases. I can only recommend you to contact the licensing authorities or maybe even some legal help as your ex-boyfriend used your identity.
