The player from the United Kingdom submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Having to send id on 10 different occasions saying copy was unclear they have had me sending 10 times on some days then on thurs was told id has passed ok .i have been trying to withdraw 600 euros which i won and they agreed i have won it and would be processed within 36 hours , then today got email saying due to tech prob they cant process this to my card and now want me to take out britcoin account which i know nothing about and need to open one which needs all id again i am 77 years of age aand trusted this site which cant be trusted now never again anyone sign up to this scam casino i want my money back now into my account i have with them

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
