I have self excluded from global pari match website. I have a question in regards to compliance. Parimatch has the same logo and name worldwide. If I self excluded from 'global parimatch' website are parimatchwin in compliance to allow me to open an account with them?
Same logo and same name, surely they have to follow through with self exclusion worldwide? Problem gambling has no boarders.
Hello NCHAMP22,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Parimatchwin Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.
Could you please advise when exactly did you self exclude yourself from the casino? Did you have any other accounts in any of the sister casinos?
Please note that we are dealing with actual issues that have already occurred so if you did not suffer any loss yet, we will be most likely forced to close the complaint.
Also some self exclusion affects the whole license but the most safest solution would be to request self exclusion in every single casino separately.
Looking forward to your answer.
Regards,
Nick
I had an account on pari match global which is were I self excluded.
And then I have accounts with parimatchwin and 13bets.io who are operated by Hollycorn NV.
But I am not sure is parimatch global and parimatchwin considered sisters sites?
Hello NCHAMP22,
As the casino has Curacao license, the self exclusion is not effective in all sister casinos and the safest way is to request a self exclusion from reach casino directly.
Unfortunately we can't consider this case as unfair as they basically did not breach any term or regulation.
You can however still try to contact directly the licensing authorities as they might be able to help you out if you did suffer any loss (I'm not sure if you did or you just requesting information). Please let us know what happen exactly and you if you will be contacting the licensing authorities as well.
Regards,
Nick
