I deposited 500cad and i won 4621cad now and i cannot withdraw it they keep asking me for documentation even i already sent all they need they always say needs more time to process, i just want to refund the amount i deposited

Its been 2 days now, i sent my passport and bank statement and they are requesting the same documents, i read a lot of complaint against them that they are scammers i just want to refund the amount i deposited 500 cad in total, their link is ca.parimatch.com
