Hi, i was already a player at this casino for years and was verified and already withdraw before. But this time they asked me to KYC all over again. I did and documents were accepted but then they started adding a new request everytime they cancelled my withdrawal.
They started asking me for new selfie of me with my ID then i provided it so they asked me to send my bank statements and all my banking infos for at least the last SIX MONTHS. Because i provided the proof of payment and my banking infos they suddenly want at least 6 months pdf of all my banking? Wtf is that!?!? It's clear they making up new stuff to stall non-stop (they did same to my friend that played there this xmas). They claim their licensor request it but i know it's bullshit they are stalling because it's totally impossible law allow them to request me 6 months+ of all my bank statements just for a 30$ deposit and 190$ withdrawal.
Overall i streamed for 5 years casinos, i been in the game for years and i know it's all stalling tactics to make me lose it back but they pushed too far. Sunpura another N1 casino pulled the same to me last year and refused to pay completly adding new illegal requests to make me get paid. It's a recurrent problem with N1 casinos they use criminal scheme all together to stall and fraud players then these casinos sit on their MGA license and claim they are above law.
Please help me get paid so i can stop playing these casinos and move on with life. It's not a matter of amount anymore... N1's defrauded me of thouosands of dollars delaying and stalling abusing KYC rules and i have to make a stand one time because in the past i lost back my money and they know it. Casino industry is dead inside now. These MGA casinoso going rogue all over under the MGA protection is totally out of control.
I added in attachment some chat requests and also the astonishing number of documents they already requested and accepted. A dozen documents it's a shame.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

No they clearly said they would't pay and reject my withdrawals adding illegal requests to make withdrawal impossible. I am not waiting 14 days for fun i am being denied completly. They add up stuff they are totally not in the right to request. I was already verified, i already withdraw before but suddenly they asked me to re-verify completly my account which i did and their system said i was verified AGAIN by their third party site.
So they clearly refuse to pay and since they do that to others too and the site as stalled payment issues even in your complaints here up to 2 years ago it clearly shows the is purposely pulling all that.
I mean they reject all my withdrawal attempts an request additional stuff everytime i comply... i have a dozen documents submitted already they just dont pay and you give them 14 days to let me reverse and lose? You guys work for casinos?
Now again they reject my withdrawal and said i dont reply to the email they send me with questions. That's 3 chat agent in a row that pretend to have sent it and i get nothing it's on their side the issue or they simply lie as it happenend this year with another casino they did the exact same thing then trapped me into giving a second email then when they got it they said i changed my profile infos and voided all my money lol!
So i was already verified, had already withdraw in the past. Now they re-kyc me with sow on top asking 6 months of bank statements and what not... to take picture of my id selfie in 4K HD with everything showing my hand and arm to be sure its not someone else holding it! I have a full page of submitted documents i never had to send so much in my entire life and i streamed casinos for 5 years i played everywhere this is beyond belief.
But my question is... on top of all that.. what extra questions can they ask on top of everything? They have my life in all the documents ffs. I emailed them straight instead of going live chat now asking them to reply to my email guess what will happen? They will say they replied and tell me to verify junk mail to be sure.. like i dont already verify my junkmail everytime anyway?
No idea why you need to sleep on it for 14 days while im being frauded like that. Already a lawyer wouldve advised to never provide all the informations they requested as it is illegal and could be used to steal my identity and/or fraud me. To be honest it will be my last fight, after that im quitting along with my friends... enough is enough.. i just been cheated for thousands of times my bet on another casino today having a insane run of 0's on all games and table games. Nope i have my truckload of this industry. We can't even talk anymoroe in forums we get banned for giving bad publicity to the affiliate links.. oh i hope some people will read that and quit before they run into that same fraudulent pattern.
