Do NOT use Palace of Chance. Their international transaction fees are ridiculous. I deposited $200 and was charged over $3000 in international fees. I’m now working with my bank to get my money back. My advice is just don’t use this company at all!!!!!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Why does it show only a few low charges while you claim they did over thousands? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

As I stated in my complaint, I deposited $200. And no it was real money from my bank account. I only submitted some of the transactions from my bank account. I didn't know you need all 25. I did not have any winnings. I was just playing the slot machines on their website.

Hello cmcook2020,

Based on the screenshots you provided, it seems like you would have deposited into the casino, there isn't any sign of charges by the casino. Can you please clarify which of those payments are meant to be as "charges"? Can you also please forward your deposit history from the casino as well?

you can close this case because I have my banks Fraud Devision working on it now and they can see the ones that says International Transaction fees and the ones that say Lekki.
