I would like to report orca88 casino because they wont let me withdraw my 29k FUN which is equivalent to 0.029BTC

Thank you for contacting Casino Guru. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having difficulties with your winnings. I looked at the registration form in the casino but wasn’t able to choose FUN as the account’s currency. How did you manage to choose the FUN currency? Were you informed the currency is only for demo play before you started to play the games?

No! They did not clearly state at first that FUN is only for demo.. When i registered on that site they said its a "PROMO" where you can withdraw the FUN and convert to mBtc and as a welcome gift for new registered users they gave me a bonus which can only be redeemed when you gain loyalty points..But i already said to them i cant deposit because im facing some financial difficulties by that time but one of their agents said ill just play in their casino everyday and if i managed to wagered the amount needed i can withdraw the Welcome Bonus (FUN) even if i dont have loyalty points.. I should have took a screenshot by that time for evidence but did not come up to my mind because what they said to me was so convincing.. Yeah let's say i did not spent a penny on that site But when they promised you and spend time playing with hopes that what they said was true, It feels like im just eating my own sh*t :(

They informed about FUN is for demo play only and thats the day when i first submitted my report in here

We would like to ask the Orca88 Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

If the casino doesn’t reply in the set time frame, the complaint will be displayed in the review on our website as ‘unresolved’. This will influence the casino’s rating. The complaint can get reopened anytime.
