I have problem with casino guru itself. You have shown the extra sevices which are not actually available at onewin88.com and it's rating is very high so it should not be even on casino guru cause it's bogus casino without licence i think people should not fall prey to such casino and i think even casino guru thinks the same

Could you please advise why do you consider 5.9 out of 10 as very high rating? Can you please clarify what services do we state which are not true - there might be chances after all as the casino terms might change even monthly and if you did find something, we can fix it.

The casino has also no license which is clearly visible in our review as well. We have a database of all casinos not just the good one to prevent players to join the ones with bad rating, like this one.

I completely understand you and i am not blaming it is just information that you should input while reviewing you have shown too many withdrawal methods as well as it is from China without licence so please take down it's rating also they don't pay higher withdrawals as well as it would be great if you unlist the casino from casino guru. I really respect the casino guru team so much and i appreciate their efforts

Unfortunately we can't punish the casino if there hasn't been any specific case regarding the payouts.

Also most of casinos display all of their available payment methods but once you register, only the ones visible for your specific country are within the deposit and withdrawal methods.

Can you please advise if you have come across any payout issues? Did the casino deny any of your withdrawal request?
