with betgames tv the winnings are not always paid I did some both by playing luky 5 of winning 10 euros that never seen accredited .. in addition some single numbers where with 20 cents the winnings had to be 1.36 € paid 0.22 cents .. cheaters that suck

As far as I know, casinos can’t influence the RTP (return to player) of their games. Have you informed the casino about this issue? Do you have any screenshots you could send us to help us to better understand the problem? I recommend you to record your gameplay in the future to make sure you have some evidence.
