i submitted my documents at 16 december, i had submitted my identity card front side, back side and selfie, then i contacted odds96 support team, they told my it takes maximum 3 days to reveiew documents, at that time my account was working fine and i was able to login to my account, but suddenly on 20 december when i tried to logged in, it showed my account is blocked, and i had already mailed their support several time but now they are not replying, it is very clear they must have viewed my all documents and intentionally blocked my account do that i could not withdraw my money and now they are not replying, so i request you to kindly ask odds96 casino to reply what exactly the issue is, my registered mobile number on odds96 casino is +9180910****and email id is ki*****5281@gmail.com
