Ive tried to make a withdrawal the money has been taken from my casino balance but its not in my skrill account. Ive been able to speak with someone on facebook messenger and they told i hadn't met bonus requirements so i played more they then told me without bonus i had 77 euro in my account from 370,ok so i played at the very least another 1500 now they will not respond to emails fb messenger i was lucky to get live chat and after couple of questions they left and the chat was no longer available. I like this casino the game selection is very good bonuses are also good but the other stuff ruins it. I just want the money i won fair and square

You received yesterday 63 euros and 73.50 euros that was the bonus they sent. but i didnt ask for it it just automatically goes into balance but even after that all in ive probably played 7000 which covers the bonus and more.HelloAfter withdrawing the bonus amounts received and cancelling the winnings from the bonus amounts, your balance is 77 from 450euros. (them friday morning) ok so i played a few more thousand after that again so the bonus left to play was 373 which has been played through numerous times the support team dont respond to emails either.

Thats just not true. that was from use friday of last week the balance then was 470 ive played thousands since. And ive won more so ive now tried to withdraw 500

Ive run into a problem with 24casino1.bet they told me on 2nd February that a refund that had been approved would be in my bank within 30 days it hasnt and throughout the 30 days they kept telling me its being processed and to wait, then yesterday they said i got the refund on 4th of February which is a comple lie and today they said its being processed again this has been going on nearly 3 months now.
