Hello! So i claimed nordicautomaten welcome casino bonus, i did read Terms and Conditions and Bonus rules before i started playing anything and made sure i was following bonus rules. I got lucky and i won 1488euros and my bonus was fully wagered. After that they sent me message where they said ''Bonus offers are only available once per person, family, household, address, email address, credit card number, bank account, phone number, computer/equipment and/ or IP address.''. I dont know how is this possible, because i was new player on this casino and i live alone so no one has been able to played this casino on my address or ip, device, phone number etc. I got only my deposit amount back (150EUR) so i lost 1338 EUR

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Do you have any accounts in any of their sister casino where you might have claimed bonuses? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

No my account is not verified on nordicautomaten. And yes i have played on other betsson group casinos and claimed their bonuses. I didnt know there is a rule like this. Im sorry
