The player from Italy is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was successfully processed, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I made a withdrawal request there. Last week Saturday 16th April 2022 and I'm still waiting for the confirmation email that according to the live chat was supposed to arrive after 3 days..but nothing they keep telling me that it is being processed and seeing all the complaints made for delays on withdrawals I have moved immediately because I need it and I would not like to wait any longer for a withdrawal that I had credited them on other sites after a maximum of 2 days ..

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. As not mentioned I need to do it on purpose in the afternoon they sent me the confirmation email after talking again in live chat and in the evening the money was already in my account .. I apologize for the complaint thanks anyway
