I have been waiting now over 14 days for my withdrawal and I’ve supplied my id which has been verified and I keep contacting them and all I get back is I’m in a queue,I’ve explained my situation I need my winnings due to my elderly mom who is 84 disabled and not long lost her husbands and my winnings are to take her on holiday due to her age and disability it will be my last chance I paid and won fairly so why is it so hard to receive my money this is not right and certainly not fare
