Hello I’ve been playing in the n1 casino and I deposited 400 € with 50% bonus and I received 470€ with that balance I made 4.000€ after that I mistakenly cancelled the bonus and there was only 380 in my balance. I asked them to add the money back in the balance and they wouldn’t do it. I’ve been treated unfairly because they took all my balance

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? How much % of the wagering was done when you canceled the bonus? How did you accidentally cancel the bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

thanks for your response nick yes my account is verified but I’m not sure how much wagering was done maybe a third of the wagering was done.I accidentally cancelled it because I wanted to see how much money I would be able to withdraw out of the winnings . I spoke to the casino today to see if they could add the bonus back to my account but they refused . I am very angry at this nick and they should have only took a small bonus out the account . They had told me these are the terms of the casino but I feel treated very unfairly about this . I would like you to try your best to resolve this isssue . Kind regards Muhammed B*****

Have you used the refunded balance on your account since? Did you receive any kind of warning or notification from the casino when you tried to cancel the bonus?

No I have no received the refunded balance yet no I didn’t receive a warning it just cancelled it automatically
