Hi guys ive been waiting for over a month for withdrawl from this casino to just being told to wait or be patient they are no help im worried i wont be able to get my money back they gave me 7-21 days time frame but it has been so far past that now they have no answers

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi Petronela,


yes the withdrawal is still pending inside my account saying it is still being processed, everytime I go on live chat they can’t give me a proper answer as to why there’s such a delay they just tell me that it will be done when it’s done. They haven’t advised me on any issues I asked if I needed to provide more information ti speed up the withdrawal process but they have just told me it will happen when it happens.


hope you guys can help as their live chat doesn’t give me any help to when I can expect it, at first I was told 7-21 days but it’s gone past that and now they just tell me ti wait until I get the withdrawal.

We would like to ask Mr Sloty Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, and I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.
