i want to bring this to light this time because 5-10 times i have had this problem with mr bit casino, this casino never ever game satisfactory solution never ever any time frame nor ever any consoltion bonus as they take sometime 3-5 days to process a withdrawal, this is just stupid to deposit funds then they are stuck up somewhere for 3-5 days.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

yes i have pending deposit of 65 dollars, problem is not just only about withdrawals but deposits also.

is it normal time taken by casino to process deposits also as and when they feel is right?

no time frame they give, and always blame 3rd party which is payment gatewa, is it not there responsibolity to get it fixeg after so many times problems are happening?

and no compensation also making a player wait for 3-5 days to get their deposits also surface on site lol

i am attaching a scenshot of talk after many attempt at deposit this time,


what is a player suppose to do when money has been deducted from account and as i have said its not 1st time this is happening. we as player forgo their bonus also in such case ?

Thank you for your reply, kiwi4444. Could you please clarify when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?


Regarding the delayed deposits - please note that in the vast majority of cases, casinos are truly innocent. Deposits are often stuck in an intermediary bank (somewhere between your bank and the casino's bank), therefore the casino cannot credit you money that hasn't been received yet.

OK so you mean casino is right in making players wait 3-5 days for deposits to process without any timeline they give, and it has happened many times in past. yes no withdrawal is pending now but i can share sceenshots when i requested one and failed to get any satisfactory response fotm them.

that being said i think better to close this complain i will handle myself no matter how many days it take.

another deposit of $40 stuck from last 2 days.

and withdrawal not processing from last 2 days of $200 and $300 requested around 12 hrs back lol


than you say it is normal haha

money has not been deducted from account of withdrawals and you say it is normal.

Thank you for your reply, kiwi4444. As I said, it can take up to 14 days to process each withdrawal. And as long as the deposit is credited successfully later, there is not much more we could do about it, as it is most likely the payment provider issue.
