Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. You made a deposit yesterday (30.7.), but it hasn’t been credited? Please understand that it can take some time until the money reaches your account, especially if it is an international transaction. Could you please confirm, your deposit still hasn’t been credited to your casino account?
If not, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider, which is a standard procedure. The payment provider needs to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process which takes one month approximately. In these cases, casino has its hands tied.
Additionally I would like to point out, that from what we know about this casino, it is not related to Tipico, Bwin or Bet3000.

Do you actually believe the nonsense you make? Do you know a "perfectly" rated casino mrBit any trick with which one cannot take the money from the people without paying anything in return? According to §263 StGB this fulfills the criminal offense of fraud. Correct; to a casino that you give a "perfect" rating. Amazingly, in none of these dirty shops you have the slightest problem being able to deposit money. The 'Deposit' button can be recognized from a distance of 10 meters. However, if you can claim a service for this, the anonymous ladies and gentlemen become very "imaginative" (...). After I phoned two local casinos, I was advised against carrying money into this dirty business. Even with a supposed profit, this does not mean that it will be paid out. Our Customer Support Representative sent you a request for additional info in order to make a refund. As soon as we get all necessary info, our Financial department will transfer your money. The fact that you deposited money in a casino and it wasn't added to your balance doesn't necessarily mean the casino is a fraud. There are several factors that could have caused this. There could even have been a problem on the side of a third party like payment provider. We use our algorithms to calculate ratings of the casino in our database. Please note, we will not change ratings of casinos just because you said so. If the casino doesn't refund you without a relevant reason, it will receive black points that will affect the overall rating.
I would like to ask MrBit team to reply to this complaint and explain to the player what exactly he has to do (what information is needed and where to send it) to get the refund.
