On april 11th, it will be 3 weeks since I put for withdrawal. Even tho my account is not verified, i have total winnings (including this 150) of about less than 500 cad. So the account verification is not the issue, even tho the casino may retaliate now and say you are not verified.

I am filing this complaint so people can see that the casino is not liquid, meaning cant pay. I have communicated twice with support and all they say is sometimes the cashier office is swamped with withdrawals so please wait. That is not an excuse and I just want people to see.

I like the casino otherwise; slots pay but it doesnt matter if the casino hold the payment. I probably wouldve punted the money back if they paid me lol.

Hey Nick! I was never asked for verification. Its just wait coz we are overrun with withdrawals lol. I feel like if they ask for verification at this point, it will only be for retaliation. In what world a "very high" safety casino can delay payment 3 weeks tomorrow? No. No bonus. I deposited my 25$ and wagered till 150 balance was achieved. Last time I talked to support is last thursday or so. I read online that if you are on a winning streak, they do this tactic lol. If they cant pay 125$ cad profit, then people have to see before depositing what they have to deal with. This is my 3rd withdrawal in a row. Total amount for all 3, including this is less than 500 cad. Also, my deposits are small, no way near any threshhold for verification. I use etransfer, which is instant in Canada and same as the casino receiving cash. I dont use credit cards.
