Hello, unfortunately I have not recorded any chat with the casino.
I paid around € 100, taking advantage of a 450% bonus, after winning € 2,500,
I tried to make the withdrawal, obviously the bonus was canceled to me, but there were still € 2000, for the withdrawal. after having repeatedly provided all the necessary documents, every time I entered the casino, I always found the withdrawal withdrawn and the € 2000 present in the gaming account.
I pointed out several times that I wanted the withdrawal to be processed, and in the end after several days (I think 2 weeks), they told me they would process the withdrawal.
Unfortunately, the withdrawal was eventually made, but of € 130.
When I mentioned this, I was told that I had a hypothetical bonus (not the initial one) and that I could only receive 3 times the sum of the hypothetical bonus.
I also looked for answers, which I did not have and were only evasive.
I hope I have been as clear as possible, even if I don't fully remember the smallest details.
The fact remains that beyond the non-payment, the seriousness and honesty of this platform is nothing short of questionable.
