The player's account got blocked without prior notice.
So I played the game over the weekend and I won money and I sent 1000 euros to my personal account and I wanted to log in to the game today, but unfortunately I was not able to check in but I gave everything correctly as well over the weekend and it still connects me to some but no one communicates with me there

Please note that many casinos close the player's account during verification and once they are verified they get unblocked. How long is your account closed? Did they request any verification documents from you?
