The player from Finland requested a withdrawal a week prior to submitting this complaint. It has not been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I cannot get money from moicasino after withdrawal over 1 week for now day. The customer service didn’t help anything just tell me to wait 3 banking day and after that have to wait 5 banking day, now have to wait more over 8 banking day.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
