Meridian casino is well known in Montenegro for not being er to players. Newest fraud is sending messages on personal phone number with bonus offerings with deposit payment and then saying that it has to be received by email to get the bonus.

Did you ever claim any bonus from the casino? How long have you been playing there? How did the casino reason regarding the SMS promotional offer when you contacted them?

Please note that the promotion through SMS doesn't necessary mean that it was sent by the casino, a 3rd party could have done it and as they send out those promotions in high volume, they musn't always be usable by everyone.

Dear Nick,sorry for my late answer. About the questions.I did claim bonus couple of times, they often give 20 percent in freebet for first depozit payment on weekends.I am playing there for a long time and this is not the first time that I have problem. They are often untransparent about the terms.For example you get a bonus on a certain slot and game stops, server erorr, when you get back to the game there's no trace of anything.I had a compliant couple of times and every time "it was my mistake". I seriously doubt that any player "won the case" with them.With this last time they first send me some automatic messages about the promotion without even reading my messages, then, they sent me to couple of contacts and they all did the same. I also sent them video where I got link with their promotion and they eventually told me that no matter I followed all steps the message had to be recieved by email and phone both.Promotion was 200 percent and 100 spins for deposit"My friend got the bonus that day.

Hello Trinity,

Yes, I have received your e-mail. But unfortunately I'm afraid that we are not able to do anything in this case. It would be a different case if you would have claimed the bonus and the casino would deny the payout from it but as long as you did not even claim anything our hands are tied.

As I also mentioned above, those promotions are mostly sent out to all/most of the players. It is always the best to confirm it with the live support before depositing whether you can or can't claim a bonus.

Bonuses are considered as a good will of the casino and they can decide to give them out to any player anytime and there can be nothing done against it.
