The player struggles to withdraw his balance for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I made multiple deposits with master card then decided to withdraw but couldn’t. They said must withdraw with same method but wasn’t available. So the told me to make a AstroPay and make a deposit with that so I did all verify and made 2 deposits and still can’t withdraw. They keep saying the same thing over and over and I’ve done everything they ask
