I made multiple deposits with master card then decided to withdraw but couldn’t. They said must withdraw with same method but wasn’t available. So the told me to make a AstroPay and make a deposit with that so I did all verify and made 2 deposits and still can’t withdraw. They keep saying the same thing over and over and I’ve done everything they ask

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hello Simone and the Casino Guru team,


we have made ourselves familiar with the case. Please find the results of our investigation that may help the player to proceed with the withdrawal:

  1. From 20th to 26th Feb the player used only Interkassa payment method for making deposits. At MegaPari a player ought to withdraw to the same payment method used by depositing.
  2. The player has made 2 attempts to withdraw the disputed amount. First to the Jeton method, which was never used a deposit before and therefore, the withdrawal was rejected due to the T&C violation.
  3. At the time the player decided to activate another payment method for withdrawal (as followed by support managers' advice), the chosen payment method was unavailable (we may disable different payment methods to solve issues, revise a payment agent, add a new one etc).
  4. The player has chosen Astropay, deposited 10 AUD and tried to withdraw 400 AUD. MegaPari's T&C prohibit to withdraw funds disproportionate to the sum of a deposit. If a player uses multiple payment methods for depositing, they are expected to make multiple withdrawals as well.
  5. As Interkassa was the preferable payment method for almost all deposits, the player should withdraw his funds to the Interkassa payment method. In that case, all withdrawal requirements will be met according to the T&C.
