I foolishly played with this Casino again and managed to play down the bonus and was left with 100euros. I have been trying for 4 days on the trot to make a withdrawal, the only options open to me or my Bank Account or to Bitcoin, I don't use Bitcoin. I have given the Casino my IBAN 4 times now and each time they cancel my withdrawal request citing 'Invalid IBAN'. They briefly confirmed my successful withdrawal in my account for 1 hour before it changed to Invalid IBAN. Can you advise me please

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello there, I just wanted to let you know that when I logged into my account, the status of my withdrawal transactions said processed for 3 consecutive days and then yesterday it said Invalid IBAN again. I actually decided to play down my 100 euros and have now closed my account with this casino. Thank you for your advise and support.
