The player from Macedonia had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout hadn't been received yet. Following the player's complaint, we had advised him to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. After extending the timer for a response twice, the player failed to respond. As a result, we were unable to further investigate and had to reject the complaint.

Hi i had a withdraw request on 22.04.2024 now its 24.04.2024 i recived enail that the payment will be aprooved or declined adter 48hrs or documents more if need i gived documents no further about documents first time declined after less than 24hr they said i should try other method as i contacted bank said no problem can be the thing is firstly i opted for withdraw non working day sunday now its passed 48hrs no news still pending on chat said lets wait for 48hrs to be aprooved . Now they kinda saying i should try maybe other by why pending as stated the bank said there must be no problem with withdraw .
