The player from the UK is dissatisfied with the bonus system. We rejected the complaint because this wasn't something we could punish the casino for.
£1000 played and only got feature 4 times. compared to other sites this is very poor.

What is the point of the complaint system if this is the response. Very disappointed
bully999999, we always do our best to help players with their problems, when they are treated unfairly by casinos. However, not all complaints are of such nature and as I mentioned in my previous message, this isn't something we could punish the casino for. I apologize, but there is nothing we can do here, the casino didn't do anything wrong from our point of view.
