Wrote to the support their reply that they don't have a access about finances and gave me an email finance@lunarslots.com and they u didn't even wrote me back. And if I want to cancel my withdrawal and play with it but I can't because the promo I used allows only 5x the deposit to be withdrawn. Very unpleased experience. I'm attaching SS as a proof.

Yes my account is verified for months already. Bonus was used with promo WEEKEND. I spoke to a support 2 days ago and I wrote the email yesterday.
