I have tried withdrawing my winnings back to my card but this is constantly coming back rejected. They are saying crypto is the only way f withdrawal but this is also not working. I was told by the online chat to resubmit my withdrawal as they cannot see any issues. I done this and the withdrawal then got returned back to my account again with a message to contact customer support. I am just currently going round in circles and not getting any proper answers from them.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hi, I have completed all of the verification checks and done what they have asked. It seems as though players from the UK are unable to withdraw. Surely they should not allow UK players to deposit and play through their funds if you cannot win?

Hi is this being investigated? I am concerned the longer I leave this the less likely I am to receive my winnings. Having looked on trust pilot I am concerned about the other reviews recently.

This is now sorted. For any UK players struggling to withdraw, download and register with a revolut account then withdraw using the bitcoin crypto address. Sell the bitcoin and then transfer the money from revolut to your bank account. Very easy and quick process and you will then receive your winnings.
