The player from Canada has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I made a deposit by interac that they accepted and took the money from my account, which i have proof of via bank statements, but never credited my account for. Ive contacted them 4 times and done everything they asked but still havent got either a refund or credited account. They are nothing more than thieves and crooks.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino? Have you contacted your payment provider already? Ideally, they should be part of the investigation.

Ive made a few deposits before by the same method with no issue at all. Ive been in contact with my provider and have been assured that the funds have been transfered to lucky nugget, its them and them alone that seem to have misplaced the funds. And on my last contact with lucky nugget casino, they said to me that their bank/finance team doesnt work weekends so deposits cant be made on weekends, which i find hard to believe and false. If true needs to be posted in the deposir section so paying customers know they dont accept deposits on weekends, which it is not. In anycase, i made the deposit and it is still not reflecting on my account despite havind contacted them at least 6 times and doing everything they have asked or suggested i do.

Therefore, I will set the timer for additional 20 days allowing to casino one full month to investigate, as it is not entirely in their hands, and if there’s no development by then, we will try to help you.
