The player from the United Kingdom had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, their winnings hadn't been received yet. The player had reported multiple withdrawal attempts that were canceled due to "Technical Issues". Despite having their account fully verified and not using any bonus for their winnings, the player had experienced repeated issues. After seven attempts, the player finally received their funds. We had marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

Luckymister77.com... what an absolute farce. A genuine appearance yet ominous operation. They entice players in with constant bonuses and have an account manager harass you non stop to encourage deposits. If you are to try and withdraw, they will apply loads of bonuses to your account to try and entice you into a 75x wagering requirement to tie in your winnings, which will ultimately result in you losing it all. I have now requested 150 EUR withdrawal 4 times to the same card I deposited with (approx 300 EUR) and every single time there is a "technical issue". Interesting how you can deposit thousands of euros yet only withdraw 400 euros, so how could you possibly make any money on this casino? What If you deposited 2000 euros and won 4000 euros? You would be stuffed. I've contacted customer support multiple times and still have no resolution. I have read various allegations about this casino using your passport, ID, to sell fraudulently on the black market (hence they ask for a photo selfie next to your passport). They seem to be partened with other online casinos such as RichyLeo, Golden Mister etc, all sharing a very similar platform, support chat and same operating processes. I will continue to pursue this money, even though it is only 150 EUR. I can only imagine what they have stolen from trusting players. They will continue to change their website domains to keep online should their site be shut down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

The withdrawals keep getting cancelled within a matter of days.


For info, this is Lucky Mister Casino, and I have read another review on this site regarding a player who won 30k and could not withdraw.


Something has to be done about these cowboys.

My FIFTH withdrawal attempt has also been cancelled due to "Technical Issues".

I havent made any withdrawals before. My account is fully verified, mobile number and email, and passport, and bank statement...


Today my sixth withdrawal attempt was rejected again due to technical issues...

The winnings were completely bonus-free. I haven't accepted a single bonus relating to these winnings.


However they keep sending me offers attempting to tie my winnings into a new bonus...
