I received free spins over the weekend. I used the 23 spins last night and I happened to win. I completed the rollover requirements and it left me with over $300 I understand the min/max cash out was a $100 which I fine. I go through everything they need even made a deposit and then I was told that it has been rejected because I use too many free spins. WTF is that about? There giving me the spins and I use them then get penalized for it. What a joke of a casino. SCAMMMMMMMMM

If I am given free spins since when am I not supposed to use them? I am literally done with casinos. I will use my sports book never have a problem. It’s ridiculous and it’s not easy to actually win anything in free spins. I actually did it for the first time and then I am told i used the spins I was given by them but I used them too often. Then why in the hell are they giving it to me? There is always some kind of bs that happens and I can’t believe that I get a message in my account about St Paddy’s weekend I have free sons. I use them win and then it’s denied. No need to go further I will never get the $ anyway. Thanks anyway l that just makes no sense. So I receive an email with free spins. I use the spins and win. Then I can’t take the $ out because I used the spins?? Fucking Ridiculous. It’s all good I haven’t gone back to a casino since. Never will again. Thanks for your obvious answer. I know I was told I used the bonus. How I can use it too many times is a mystery to me. Laughable
