The player from California had requested a withdrawal from an online casino three weeks prior. Despite the withdrawal having been approved, the casino had delayed the payout date and had not released the funds. The player had confirmed that she passed all necessary verifications. The Complaints Team had invited a casino representative to participate in the complaint. Despite having received confirmation from the casino that the payout was processed, the player did not confirm receipt of her winnings. As a result, we had to reject the complaint due to lack of confirmation from the player.

I submitted my request on 10/5. I was quoted 7 business days for approval and 7 business days to get my money. After 14 business days I finally got approved. And was told I would have to wait until November 7th! The whole thing is absurd. Today when I asked for status I was told I submitted on 10/24 and would have to wait the amount of time that is their policy.


They can’t explain how I can make an instant bitcoin deposit but yet it takes them a minimum 7 days to send a bitcoin withdrawal.


I wish I had read the reviews before playing with them but I didn’t. Now I’m forced to wait until they feel like sending my money out - if they ever do. It’s not right.


BE WARNED. THIS IS THE WORSE CASINO EVER!

This is my first and last request because I’ll never play at your casino again. I’ve passed all verifications. You have no excuse. I even requested bitcoin withdrawal which apparently you can deposit FROM me immediately but not TO ME. It took you 14 business days to approve not 7 and now you won’t release

Am I going to get a response to this ever? My withdrawal has already been approved. They have conveniently adjusted the slider now to say they get 7-10 days ONCE APPROVED which is bs because that’s not what they said originally!

If it’s approved they should be able to send it via bitcoin as I requested just as quick not as I deposited it by bitcoin!

It appears that this issue may have been resolved since we received a confirmation from the casino that the payout was processed but without confirmation from the player we are forced to reject this complaint.

The player can reopen this complaint anytime.
