The player from California had requested a withdrawal of their winnings three weeks ago. Despite having provided all requested documentation, the withdrawal had not been processed. We had reached out to the player for additional information to better understand the situation and had extended the response time by 7 days. However, the player did not respond to our queries. As a result, we could not proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

I originally asked for two 2500.00 with draws to my banks. I signed up with inclave and hooku.com. I sent in all of the information and it was approved. Then when inquiring about the deposit on 10/15/2023 they said they wanted me to email them a bank statement and they would escalate payment. I waited another week. Or so and no withdrawal was made from the account. I see that many other people have had the same Kind of problem. The casino talks a lot but I believe it is a fake casino.. I started gambling on the money that was in the account realizing they are not for real. There is about 2700.00 left in the account and I'm hoping they will send this. Folks there are many casinos that lay out. I would stay clear of this one. I have all the conversation screen shots from my conversations.
