I won a substantial amount back in the middle of December 2023. Since I won I haven't had much luck withdrawing any sort of payment. The first issue was my bank doesn't do international wire transfers. They wouldn't allow me to do a bitcoin payment because i didnt deposit with bitcoin, or a check payment because they said no. . ? So I'm left with a wire transfer payment, after I realized my bank wouldn't do the transfer I did some research and found a company by the name of wise, and I waited the 7 to 10 days that was turned down and I was told they don't transfer to wise. So after that I set up a Wells Fargo account and gave the same lady at the payment processing center that denied my payment my new bank details. And she responded and said that she wants a bank statement! So now that's another 30 days before I can do anything! I asked to speak to a manager because I asked about the check option and she said no. And to me it just seems like why is it so hard to simply get any sort of withdraw. I've quit playing and I no longer have the urge to play because I don't really feel like I won. So it's kinda pointless, I don't get a rush from it when I don't receive any winnings.

Kristina, I have not made any successful withdrawals. I did get verified through there system. I did not use a bonus. I have no playthrough balance, It says that its all available to withdraw.

I have not heard anything back since I asked why they needed my bank statements, and I asked about doing thr check option and I was told no. I asked for a manager and I still haven't heard anything back.

OK I have alot of screen shots I listed several here. At somepoint they instructed me to reach out to the 3rd party payment processing agent. And she is the one that told me to send my bank statements I'll email the correspondence with her to you with her information.

Greetings all,


We had the opportunity to review the situation and it is pretty much exactly as jared1 reports. Bitcoin withdrawal is only available to Bitcoin depositors and this casino account has no history of Bitcoin deposit and thus is not eligible. The bank account in question should indeed be valid however our 3rd party payment providers require proof of account activity before they are willing to initiate a wire transfer deposit into the account. The account needs to show a minimum of 30 days deposit and withdrawal activity for us to be able to present the withdrawal to our 3rd party for payment, thus the quandry.


Once the bank account is eligible jared1 we should be able to assist however until there is a valid method of withdrawal on file in the account we're afraid there isn't much to be done.

Yes that's correct, I will be sending them the first bank statement I get. So it shouldn't be too much longer. I tried to touch base with them so I started a chat last week and their customer service members told me everything is in and i don't need anything else but I'm going to assume that they need the bank statement. Hopefully this all gets worked out. I appreciate everything you guys have done helping me resolve the issue here. I will let you know soon as I send the bank statement into them and keep you posted.

I did get my bank statement from the bank. I sent it to them and then I filled out all of the wire transfer details, I sent it off and there seems to have been a bit of a misunderstanding as far as the routing number to my bank. But I think it should be good to go now. Fingers crossed. There sure is alot of stuff that one has to go through in order to actually receive money! But hopefully soon

Just a recap here, I gave them all the information they needed. They then take 7 business days to make the wire so I'm hoping to, I put in for the withdrawal on the 17th. It will be 7 business days on Monday. I put in for another withdrawal on the 21st. Because I can only withdraw 2500 per week. So hopefully this goes a little bit smoother now that they have all there information. But that's the deal as of right now. Hoping to see some sort of money this week.

I just heard from the payment processing lady and she said that they are wiring the funds finally today. But it will be another ten days before I see it in my account! Isn't a wire transfer faster than that? So you will have to extend the timer another ten days!

First you win, if you win, then you have to get the withdrawal approved, like they dont trust the game? Getting the withdrawal approved could take up to ten days, then after that you have to wait 7 to ten days for them to send the withdrawal. Which is only 2500 at a time. Then it's 10 days before you even see the wire transfer in your account. So that's a minimum of 28 to 30 days minimum. That's assuming you get verified and you don't have to change banks and wait for a bank statement like I did.

I won in december it's now March. And it's taken me this long it will be April I bet before I see a dime. But I guess if i get my winnings I'll be happy. Either way I'm glad I posted to this forum so that others see what you have to go through.

Well I'm still waiting. At only 2500 a week it will be a long time before I get all of thd money. I did receive (1) 2500 payment. But I don't know what's taking so long for the second payment. You would think that this would goba little smoother being that I've been verified every single way. But nope I have to go on there 1 time a week fill out the form and start the entire process over every time with the same time limits. I'm still young kinda.

So far I have received 2 payments of 2500 about 3 weeks apart. I have filled out my withdrawal requests. It would be great to do 5000 a week. Or something but idk? I'd be happy to get weekly payments. Because right now it's looking like this is going to take a long time.

So I've had my withdrawals all approved and right now I know there's about 20 withdrawals approved and waiting for them to send. I received 1 payment on March 7th and another payment on April 3. But that's it. I literally can't collect a weekly withdrawal. Just a monthly. It's not right. They don't tell you that in the terms and conditions I know that!

I think they should atleast do a weekly payout of 2500 dollars being that is the maximum I can receive for the week. I have spoke to someone a couple times and they said they needed to "expedite" this. So they did that but it will be 24 to 72 business hours before I can expect that to take place. Awesome!

I literally watched the que on the top of the chat go from 5 people the first time down to only me but nobody joined in. I still haven't received the payment that I've been told was sent out last week they said. I asked why I havent been able to receive weekly payments. They told me that it's s case by case basis. Never really gave me an answer. One lady said that she was expediting it last week and that I can expect the payment within 48 business hrs. But nope. So I guess I'm asking you guys what are my options? I don't know what to do? When I read the T and C I get the impression that they do weekly payouts. Unfortunately I can't now because I didnt screen shot therir response. I have no way of pulling up their messages in the chat. But I have never deposited with bitcoin so I don't understand how they would be sending me a bitcoin withdrawal? All my withdrawals are all wire transfer only which is one of the reasons this has taken so long. And everything is on a case by case basis so basically they will send me another payment whenever they can!
